Beyond our standard software support services, the following project management services are available to your organisation upon request:

SLA Management - We assign UK-based account managers who coordinate monthly service review and quarterly performance review meetings. These ensure that all of our customers’ issues and requests are managed and progress within agreed parameters.

Hardware Provision and Implementation - Our technical implementation team can facilitate the provision and configuration of the required hardware platforms to support chosen applications either in partnership with the client’s internal IT team or, if required, as a turnkey managed service.

System Hosting Services - Many of our customers prefer their key systems be hosted and supported in off-site facilities. We have a number of hosting options available, up to and including three dual-tier data centres in the UK.

Data Conversion Services - An important element of transitioning from a legacy system to the MEDITECH system is ensuring that all migrated data is correct and accurate. As such, many organisations appreciate assistance throughout this process. With our wealth of experience and expertise, we can guide you through the conversion process to ensure a smooth transition.

Reporting Services - In addition to the vast array of standard and statutory reports provided with the MEDITECH system, we can supply additional expertise to help you develop site-specific reports. Such reports can be used for internal management purposes and/or for submission to other parties in predetermined formats.
