Clinical Leadership Preparedness Program (CLPP)

The Clinical Leadership Preparedness Program (CLPP) is an educational series designed to prepare healthcare organizations for their upcoming MEDITECH Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. The CLPP was developed exclusively for provider leaders and the clinical executive team to provide the necessary tools for a successful Expanse implementation.

Developed and designed by MEDITECH’s CLPP faculty, including physicians with years of Expanse implementation experience, CLPP is an in-person classroom program which takes place at Meditech's facility.

The classroom program, comprised of a comprehensive curriculum, focuses on foundational elements such as organizational engagement, project management and clinical exploration. This method leads providers, executives, and clinical leaders through the concepts and skills required for the successful design, implementation, and adoption of Expanse.

The program incorporates a combination of demonstrations, presentations, collaborative exercises and insightful discussions with our CLPP physician faculty to drive successful system adoption.
