Clinical Leadership Preparedness Program (CLPP)
The Clinical Leadership Preparedness Program (CLPP) is an educational series designed to prepare healthcare organizations for an upcoming MEDITECH Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. The CLPP was developed exclusively for physician leaders and the clinical executive team to provide the necessary tools for a successful Advanced Clinical Systems implementation. The program is offered in two formats. This method leads physicians, executives, and clinical leaders through the concepts and skills required for a successful design, implementation, and adoption of the advanced clinical component of MEDITECH's EHR. The program is led by members of MEDITECH's Physician Advocacy Team — physicians with years of Advanced Clinical implementation experience — and it incorporates a combination of seminars, discussions, site visits, webinars, and full-day courses to drive successful system adoption. At the end of this program, participants will have a solid understanding of: Recommended attendees for the CLPP classroom are: View the curriculum for the Clinical Leadership Preparedness Program here. Track Two: The CLPP Executive Webinar Series is a streamlined program that is also led by members of MEDITECH's Physician Advocacy Team and consists of four, one-hour webinars that are based on content from our larger, more extended CLPP. This series is currently offered via our Doctors' Hours program, and it assists physicians, executives, and clinical leaders in becoming operational with a new phase of an EHR implementation.
