Below, you will find MEDITECH's first set of marketing materials. These materials can be used for organizations that prefer our original design or who have used some of these materials in the past. Posters MEDITECH offers standard and customizable poster designs that you can download, print, and display on your walls to promote the Patient and Consumer Health Portal to your community. This page includes poster templates in several designs and file formats. You can opt to use one of our standard designs or make modifications using whichever tools -- from a word processor to professional photo-editing software -- you have available. The choice is yours. PSD: You can use photo-editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, to modify posters in PSD format. This allows your graphic designers to customize the features listed on the posters, as well as to brand posters with your logo and/or website. Poster Templates Trifold Pamphlet This trifold pamphlet serves as an informational handout to generate excitement for the Portal amongst your patients and to encourage enrollment. You can customize its design by simply adding your logo and contact information to use it “as-is” or make more significant changes based on those features you have enabled. We offer the pamphlet in three file types – Word, PSD, and INDD – to accommodate a wide range of customer needs. Postcard You can use this postcard to introduce patients to the Patient and Consumer Health Portal. While patients and families are in your facilities, they can review the Portal’s beneficial features, and after leaving, they can take the postcard with them as a reminder to enroll at their convenience. You can brand the postcard by adding your logo, or can take customization a step further and change features listed on the back. Our postcard template is available in several file types to meet your differing needs.
MS Word: The Microsoft Word versions are ideal for those sites that want to make small modifications to the posters but do not have their own Design department or professional design software to do so. These templates allow you to remove the description of Portal features you’re not using and/or to add alternative Portal features to a poster. Please see our Customization Options page for a list of alternative features to highlight. You can also add your organization’s logo to posters.
For step-by-step directions on how to customize posters using MS Word, please see our Instructions on Customization page.
JPG: You can print these standard JPG format posters to use “as-is.” These are ideal for organizations who choose to enable all of the Portal’s standard features.

Once edits are made, these files can be combined using Adobe Acrobat Pro or simply printed manually front-to-back using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
INDD: The INDD format is available for customers who may wish to use Adobe InDesign to customize the pamphlet. InDesign allows you to edit the pamphlet as one file and convert it to PDF format.
