Customization Options
The beauty of customization is that you are able to adapt our materials to fit your needs. However, we’ve listed some suggestions to get you started.
Posters
You can customize the features listed on posters based on those you’re using or wish to highlight. Here are some alternative features that you can use in addition to or in lieu of the standard features:
- Track immunizations and other health maintenance items (for 6.0 and Client/Server sites only, as well as sites using MPM)
- Print your health information
- See provider messages
- Authorize family members to access your Portal
- Read medication summaries
- View your charges
- Choose a pharmacy for prescription renewals
- See scheduled appointments
- Manage your health information 24X7 from anywhere
Trifold Pamphlets
You can choose to change any aspects of the pamphlet you wish, including the following items (by panel):
Cover Panel
- Add your organization’s name and/or logo
- Change “Patient and Consumer Health Portal” to another name, if applicable
- Change cover phrase
Inner Left Panel
- Change or remove screenshot
- Change heading text
- Change Portal benefit text
Postcards
You can brand our postcard design by making the following changes:
Front
- Add your organization’s name to replace [Healthcare Organization] in heading
- Replace [Patient and Consumer Health Portal], if your Portal has a different name
- Change the introductory text below the postcard’s heading
- Add your organization’s logo in the white space below the introductory text
- Change or remove the “Enrollment is easy!” text
- Change the Portal’s name and/or add your website in the “getting started” text
Back- Change the heading text
- Reword the features listed
- Remove one or more of the features listed
