MEDITECH recognizes the critical role physician leaders play in EHR success. As such, our physician consultant team participates in the implementation, education, adoption, research, development, and ongoing optimization of our EHR. Our consultants are practicing physicians who use the MEDITECH system and have led implementation and adoption projects.
All featured programs are sponsored by our physician team. We encourage you to learn more about what these programs can offer you and your colleagues.
MEDITECH employs physicians on full-time, part-time, and consulting bases to assist in our Development, Implementation, Service, and Marketing efforts. Our team of over 20 physician consultants serve an invaluable role in shaping our EHR development and deployment, as well as telling the MEDITECH story to other physicians in sales settings.*Please note: Due to the confidentiality of our physician team members, this page is password protected. The goal of our Doctors’ Hours series is to provide an opportunity for physician leaders in the MEDITECH community to meet and interact with members of our physician consultant team. During these hour-long webinars, attendees will learn how to optimize their use of the MEDITECH system through physician instruction, recommendations on best practices, and lessons learned from your peers.
Focus Groups
Would you like the opportunity to offer feedback on MEDITECH’s latest development efforts? Our Development team hosts Focus Groups with customer physicians to garner qualitative input on our product design and functionality for both existing and new products. Focus Groups typically meet once a month for an hour via webinar. There are no contracts required and participation is voluntary. Focus Group members can select which sessions best fit their schedules, and are not required to attend a specific number of sessions.
Our Clinical Leadership Preparedness Program (CLPP) is an educational series developed exclusively for physician leaders and the clinical executive team to provide the knowledge and toolkit necessary for a successful Advanced Clinical Systems implementation. The 16-course program, coordinated by members of MEDITECH’s Physician Consultant Team, leads physicians, executives, and clinical leaders on the concepts and skills necessary for a successful design, implementation, and adoption of Advanced Clinical electronic systems.
