MEDITECH and Rita's Catering is proud to introduce a new and improved Cafe Menu. 

In addition to the visual enhancements made to the page, there are a number of additional features that have been added to improve your user experience. You can now access the cafe menu from a Mobile Device. To better align with MEDITECH's Wellness Works initiative, we have incorporated some wellness related components into the cafe menu. Lastly, there is now a "Like" and a Search feature available.

Mobile Access

You can now access Rita's Cafe Menu from any browser by navigating to cafe.meditech.com

The cafe menu was created using Responsive Web Design. This means that our site was crafted to provide easy reading and navigation with minimal resizing or scrolling, across a wide range of devices. If you are viewing the Cafe menu from a large monitor, you will see the entire page and all the imagery. If you are viewing the page from a mobile device, you will see the pertinent information but the imagery will drop away.


Navigation Bar

When using a mobile device , the icon to the right of the header will open your Navigation Bar.

The Navigation Bar allows you to Search for a particular menu item, Contact the Chefs, and Change Buildings. You can view the Standard Menu items, Nutrition Information, Menu Prices, and a Cafe Menu Key. Lastly, you can view the current traffic in a particular Rita's Cafe by clicking on Camera.

Wellness Works Initiative

With the introduction of the Wellness Works initiative and MEDITECH's commitment to maintaining a healthy work environment, we have incorporated some Wellness Works ideology into the new Cafe Menu page.

Nutrition information for Rita's Standard Menu items is now available under the Menu Information Header and the Nutrition Information page.


To indicate whether a particular menu item is a vegetarian dish, a spicy dish, or the healthy choice* dish we have incorporated icons that will display at the end of the menu item. A menu item may contain one icon or all three. Some menu items may not contain any at all.

  • Healthy Choice:
    • *Individual nutritional goals will create different interpretations of what eating "Healthy" means. Generally, "Healthy Choice" items are nutrient rich foods that are not made with heavy cream or butter. Often, they are baked or roasted and not fried. We suggest visiting the Nutrition Information page and use the information provided as a guideline to aid you in creating your own personal definition of healthy.
    "Like" Feature  

    To increase communication between Rita's and their patrons, a "Like" feature has been included into the Cafe Menu.

    At the beginning of every menu item there is a "Like" button that a Rita's patron can click if they enjoyed the meal. One "Like" per user, per menu item and statistics are compiled for the chefs by building.


    Search Feature

    Realizing that certain menu items, i.e. Buffalo Chicken, are extremely popular amongst Rita's patrons, we have created a Search feature that will allow you to find where and when a specific menu item is being served.
