The Customer Service Advisory Board is a collaborative group of healthcare leaders who focus on enhancing MEDITECH’s level of customer service. Management staff from both sides of the spectrum—MEDITECH and our customers—come together to discuss ideas for improvement. Time and time again, our customers prove to be our best source of knowledge, and their guidance has led to great initiatives and outcomes.
