Meet Team Canada

MEDITECH’s Client Services Division Supporting Canada

In November 2012, Helen Waters, vice president 5.x client services, announced MEDITECH’s new Client Services reorganization. MEDITECH based the reorganization on geographic regions, providing teams of resources to customers within each region.

Since making this announcement, MEDITECH has been introducing this new support structure—along with the faces behind it—to our customers.

Meet the Management Team 

Lead by Client Services Director Patricia Pacewicz, an integrated team of managers and supervisors, along with their respective product groups, are charged with supporting our 5.x Client/Server and MAGIC customers in Canada.


Customer-Centric Model of Services

According to Pacewicz, the restructure will allow MEDITECH to provide more effective support.

"While we had much success with our previous support structure, it was heavily modular-based," she says. "Now, support teams are set up to better mirror the organizations we serve by being more integrated and workflow-based in our service approach—similar to the way our customers support their citizens." In an industry that is quickly advancing and changing, MEDITECH believes the organizational change adds even more value to its customer relationships.

"The new approach enables our client services teams to trend information, provide stronger communication, target education, and, ultimately, ensure our customers’ expectations are fulfilled," concludes Pacewicz.
