Closing Tasks and Issue Management Via MEDITECH.com

August 21, 2014 - We recently made some changes to our Issue Management functionality. The following message will display when you try to complete an issue that requires additional internal information.

The status for this Issue cannot be changed to COMPLETE because information necessary for this issue is pending. This information must be entered by MEDITECH before this Issue can be completed. Thank you for communicating related information via the Detailed Description.

Upon indicating your desire to close the issue in the Detailed Description field, the task will be reviewed internally. Specifically, issues related to Performance, Patient Safety/Adverse Outcome, DTS Deployment, or Customization require internal reconciliation prior to receiving a Complete status.
