March 18, 2014 - We can’t wait for warmer days, flowers in bloom, and—spring cleaning? Ah yes, good ole’ spring cleaning. We got an early start on ours by giving the Customer Service Portal a refreshed design.
Later this week, we’re excited to introduce a clean and responsive layout that automatically adjusts Web content to any device. Whether you’re looking at the Customer Service Portal on your desktop, phone, or tablet, you’ll have easy access to everything you need.
All the features you’re familiar with will still be available. By clicking on the “Click here to view the site navigation” bar on the top left, you can access your usual customer resources. Also, the Customer Support button on the right-hand side appears prominently on the top of the page, ensuring you can easily get to your support page.
Additionally, we’re consolidating the appearance of our Classroom and Online Seminars pages under the e-learning section. Now you can see all the educational options we offer on one Seminars page, without having to toggle between screens.
