February 19, 2015 - Congratulations to MEDITECH Home Care Manager Pat Stagner, RN, along with Senior Development Analyst Mark Bassett, RN, on receiving their certification in Integrated Care Management (ICM). ICM training and certification focuses on the delivery of evidence-based, collaborative patient care essential to today’s healthcare environment.
“As part of MEDITECH’s mission to impact health and transform care, we are committed to keeping abreast of the most current standards and practices in all areas of care coordination, which is crucial to improving patient care,” says MEDITECH Home Care Director, Beth Hellriegel, RN.
Stagner and Bassett will share their knowledge and further be able to train MEDITECH staff on transitions of care best practices. Additionally, they will be able to use the information to continue to evolve the tools in MEDITECH’s Home Care solution.
