MOBILE ROUNDING PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

MEDITECH is committed to helping your organization promote Mobile Rounding to your physicians. The promotional materials on this page are intended to introduce your physicians to the benefits of accessing and managing clinical information on their smartphones or tablets with Mobile Rounding. Since each of our customers has unique needs and may be using different functionality, our promotional materials can be downloaded and customized to best suit your organization.

Announcement Letters

With two letters to choose from, you can send Announcement Letters to your physicians to introduce them to Mobile Rounding. The first letter lets them know that it’s coming soon, and the second lets them know when it’s available. You can customize the letter with your organization’s name, contact information, and more using Microsoft Word.

To download the letter, click on one of the links below and save the file to your PC.

Posters

MEDITECH offers standard and customizable poster designs that you can download, print, and display on your walls to promote Mobile Rounding to your physicians. This page includes poster templates in several designs and file formats. You can opt to use one of our standard designs or make modifications using whichever tools -- from a word processor to professional photo-editing software -- you have available. The choice is yours.

MS Word: The Microsoft Word versions are ideal for those sites that want to make small modifications to the posters but do not have their own Design department or professional design software to do so. These templates allow you to remove the description of Mobile features you’re not using and/or add alternative Mobile features. Please see our Customization Options page for a list of alternative features to highlight.

You can also add your organization’s logo to posters.

For step-by-step directions on how to customize posters using MS Word, please see our Instructions on Customization page.

  • To download the poster template to MS Word, click the link of the file type and save the file to your computer.

JPG: You can print these standard JPG format posters to use "as-is." These are ideal for organizations who choose to enable all of the Mobile’s standard features. Select the JPG file type icon to download the poster to your computer.

PSD: You can use photo-editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, to modify posters in PSD format. This allows your graphic designers to customize the features listed on the posters, as well as to brand posters with your logo and/or website.

  • Photoshop (PSD) format files are available upon request. Please contact us and we will send you one or more poster PSD files via e-mail.
  • In order to receive these files via e-mail your account must be able to accept files up to 25MBs large. For those with file size limitations, please provide us with a designer's contact information and we will work with them to provide the PSD files through other means.

Postcards

You can use this postcard to introduce physicians to Mobile Rounding. Providers can pick up a card, and after their clinical day has ended, they can take the postcard with them as a reminder to contact your IT staff to get access information at their convenience. You can brand the postcard by adding your logo, or can take customization a step further and change features listed on the back. If you’re setting up all users before they send a request, you can even add the URL or QR code to access Mobile! Our postcard template is available in several file types to meet your differing needs.

MS Word: You can use Microsoft Word to modify the postcard text if you do not have graphic design software or staff available. For example, add your organization’s logo or website and change the Mobile features listed on the back of the postcard. Check out our Customization Options and Instructions on Customization pages for more details.

PSD: Customers who have graphic design resources available can use programs like Adobe Photoshop to customize a PSD version of the postcard. In Photoshop the front and back of the postcard are provided in two separate files. Once edits are made, these files can be combined using Adobe Acrobat Pro or simply printed manually front-to-back using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

INDD: The INDD format is available for customers who may wish to use Adobe InDesign to customize the postcard. InDesign allows you to edit the postcard as one file and convert it to PDF.

  • InDesign (INDD) and Photoshop (PSD) format files are available upon request. Please contact us and we will send you one or more poster INDD or PSD files via e-mail.
  • In order to receive these files via e-mail your account must be able to accept files up to 25MBs large. For those with file size limitations, please provide us with a designer's contact information and we will work with them to provide the files through other means.
