Improving Patient Outcomes Through Grace-Full Care
(Boardroom)
Nora Helbich, CCH, Sr. Business Analyst, Jordan Hospital/Cranberry Hospice

Evidence shows that patient outcomes and satisfaction improve when the patient feels a personal connection with their provider. When the provider connects through more than a series of diagnoses or tasks related to care, the patient feels a greater sense of being seen and heard. This ultimately results in a greater level of trust and empowers the patient to communicate more openly about their health concerns. In turn, the provider gains subtle details regarding the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual barriers to healing. Using Insync to document this connection through the nursing, spiritual, and psychosocial pathways can result in clinical data that enables you to better measure the effectiveness of treatment and care. Attend this session to learn more!
