2:00 | Health on the Go: Mobile Rounding and the Patient and Consumer Health Portal MEDITECH's Patient and Consumer Health Portal helps you engage patients and families more actively in their care by providing a secure, confidential web-based tool for accessing health information and communicating with providers. The Mobile Rounding solution is a web-based product for physicians to view clinical information for patients on their rounding list -- much like they would from the Physician Desktop or EMR/Clinical Review, but from a handheld device or tablet. Physicians have easy access to real-time patient information from their mobile device from inside or outside of the hospital. See this and other key components of Mobile Rounding and the Patient Portal during this session. |
