November 12, 2019 - On Monday, November 18, MEDITECH will make changes to our website related to issue entry for the "ITS - Imaging and Therapeutic Services" application for Expanse customers only.
Specifically, “ITS - Imaging and Therapeutic Services” will no longer be available for module selection. It will be replaced with “IDM - Imaging and Document Management.”
ITS issues will be entered and will display under the IDM module.
All existing, non-complete tasks will be updated by MEDITECH to reflect these changes. Once this process is complete, the ITS module will no longer be available for issue entry on MEDITECH.com, and outstanding ITS tasks will display under IDM. Historic completed tasks will reflect the prior application and remain available to view, edit, etc.
Your master web user must update the World Wide Web Access Dictionary to add the IDM application to each user who historically entered and viewed issues for ITS and now for IDM. This will allow access to IDM tasks on MEDITECH.com.
For customers in the process of updating to Expanse from the 6.x releases, IDM will be available for your Expanse TEST/update-related issues. ITS will remain in place for 6.x-related issues. As the process of migrating to Expanse takes several months, you will be required to make a choice between ITS and IDM when entering new issues. Once the Expanse migration is complete, ITS will be inactivated and only IDM will be used moving forward.
