July 31, 2019 - MEDITECH is pleased to announce several organizational changes that went into effect on July 1. These changes are a positive, transformational step toward providing customers with not only the best products, but also exemplary support services.
Howard Messing, CEO, recently announced the promotion of Michelle O’Connor to the position of president and COO. In April, MEDITECH also announced Executive Vice President Hoda Sayed-Friel is launching a Professional Services Division within MEDITECH. In addition, we have reorganized our customer service leadership with the objective of further enhancing the services and support we provide to customers, while continuing to focus on delivering consistent, successful outcomes.
Steve Koretz, senior vice president, remains responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of international clients outside of North America. When appropriate, he will also assist at the executive level with North American customers.
Leah Farina, vice president, Client Services, is responsible for overall customer success. She has worked closely with Michelle to re-shape our implementation and customer service organizations.
Each of the following associate vice presidents will now have executive leadership across the organization and will oversee the outcomes for their own individual teams. These AVPs have new and/or evolved roles indirectly supporting customers.
MEDITECH takes pride in providing the highest level of customer support. We are extremely pleased to move forward with these organizational changes, which are aimed at enhancing customer outcomes.
