From improving patient care to enhancing the user experience, we're not only listening to our customers, we're also collaborating with them. See how your peers are getting involved with MEDITECH on our advisory boards and focus groups.

  • An offshoot of MEDITECH’s internal Patient Safety Review Board, the Customer EHR Patient Safety Advisory Board consists of nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and quality experts like you who work with MEDITECH to ensure a timely resolution of priority patient safety events.

  • The Nurse Advisory Committee advances information technology for nurses throughout healthcare organizations, to enhance the practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care.

  • MEDITECH’s Physician Advisory Committee (PAC) is a dynamic group of practicing physicians who convene annually to evaluate MEDITECH’s development efforts and strategic initiatives. This group is an integral part of the product design for our physician toolset.

  • MEDITECH employs physicians on full-time, part-time, and consulting basis to assist in our Development, Implementation, Service, and Marketing efforts. Our Physician Team members serve an invaluable role in shaping our EHR development and deployment, as well as telling the MEDITECH story to other physicians.

  • With our Customer Service Advisory Board, management staff from both sides of the spectrum — MEDITECH and our customers — come together to discuss ideas for improved service.

  • The Pharmacist Advisory Committee (RPhAC) is a comprised of members dedicated to advancing pharmacy informatics throughout healthcare organizations by enhancing safety and efficiency of pharmacy practices. Members of the RPhAC serve as subject matter experts and provide guidance, recommendations, and conceptualization on Pharmacy Best Practices through the use of MEDITECH software, while providing feedback for the future design of the Pharmacy application. 

  • Our Click Reduction Initiative is helping to streamline navigation of our software and reduce the number of clicks required to perform your daily tasks.

  • In our Corporate Strategic Initiatives webinars, members of our corporate Strategy and Development teams present concepts and/or coded designs to customers, asking for feedback on specific questions related to the proposed design.
