Performance Issue Management


Better communication equals better performance.


December 1, 2013 - We recently asked (via email) all 5.x Client/Server CIOs and primary contacts for the HUB and TECH applications to designate a Performance Contact at each of their organizations, to serve as an onsite point-of-contact for any performance issues.

With access to hardware and non-MEDITECH vendors, these Performance Contacts will work closely with our Technical and Performance teams. They also receive MEDITECH newsletters and informational emails that highlight recent news or support initiatives related to hardware issues, network issues, server migrations, etc. 

For additional information on updating your Support Staff contacts via the Customer Service Portal, please review this article and update as noted in the example below.

By working with you to designate Performance Contacts at your facility, we’re able to expedite the resolution of performance issues, and sometimes even prevent them from occurring.
