MEDITECH customer Centura Health (Englewood, CO) recently announced a clinical collaboration agreement with one of the nation’s largest drugstore retailers and health clinics.
Centura Health will partner with Healthcare Clinics at select Walgreens in Colorado to collaboratively manage the treatment of patients with chronic diseases—by connecting patients with primary care physicians and handling more serious conditions outside of the Healthcare Clinics’ scope of services. This collaboration will also provide Centura Health patients with access to non-emergent care seven days a week.
